Venezuela: where the soul of coffee is born

Our coffee comes from Venezuelan regions privileged by altitude, climate, and coffee-growing tradition.
Here, coffee is not rushed or industrialized; it is cultivated with deep territorial knowledge and respect for time.

Every bean we work with preserves the identity of its origin from farm to final destination.

Territories of origin with defined character

We select regions that offer consistent, traceable profiles, highly valued in the international market.

Main Region

Lara (Guárico and Sanare)

High-altitude zones between 1,350 and 1,800 meters above sea level, with stable microclimates and fertile soils.

They contribute balanced body, elegant acidity, and versatile profiles.

Special Lots

Venezuelan Andes

Trujillo, Boconó, and Biscucuy.
High-density beans sought after for their complexity and capacity to develop deep flavors during roasting.

The bean process: where flavor is designed

The processing method defines the coffee’s final expression.
In Guárico, each process is a conscious decision aimed at a specific sensory profile.

Almas Import coffee is presented as a luxury raw material and as a final product of technical mastery.

Green Coffee Beans

Our green coffee is treated as a Diamond-value raw material. Each lot is managed with absolute traceability, ensuring predictable profiles and consistent quality

Quality control under German standards

We apply a rigorous classification system aligned with international protocols such as SCA and ICO. Each lot is evaluated by size, density, and color, ensuring uniformity and roasting stability.

From farm to port, without compromise

We guide the coffee from harvest to export. Cleaning, sorting, packaging, and logistics are executed under controlled conditions to preserve freshness, moisture, and bean density.

Orígenes

Orígenes is the final expression of Venezuelan coffee shaped by German engineering. Here, roasting does not impose flavors; it interprets them with precision.

Roast profiles

We design specific profiles for different brewing methods.

Origin, transparency, and traceability

We work directly with coffee growers, building long-term relationships based on fair trade, technical support, and respect for origin. Every lot is fully traceable, following the coffee’s journey from the farm to your cup with absolute transparency.
